Making the Fruit Bouquet A one and one half (1 1/2) hour class that will teach you how to construct an arrangement of fruit into a bouquet that is edible. The display will have multiple mediums for consumption and vase made of edible fruit also, packaging and transportation will also be discussed. Class size limited, cost is $35.00 per person. |

Carving the Cantaloupe A one and one half (1 1/2) hour class. Each student will have the opportunity to carve two cantaloupes of different designs, this is an excellent beginners' class for all ages 12 and up. Class size limited, cost is $25.00 per person. |
