Our Company Artisans in Culinary is a company specializing in high-end garde manger that has focus on garnish and display work. The chefs and business associates of AIC consist of Fruit and Vegetable Carvers, Ice Carvers, Sugar and Chocolate Artists, Private Chefs, and Alternative Buffet Display Specialists that are all at the top of their industries. Many of the company's chefs and administrators are also educators and travel around the world sharing their experiences and talents with those yearning for education from the best. As well as being educators, our chefs and associates have a strong background in culinary competitions including medals and awards won from associations like the IKA Culinary Olympics, Food Network, National Ice Carvers Association, American Culinary Federation, and many more. Based in Midwest United States, we offer many local opportunities for those interested in our services, but we travel as well to give ALL of our customers that opportunity to grow and learn or to simply enjoy the beauty and awesome talents of Artisans in Culinary.
