Edible Fruit Bouquets Edible Fruit and Vegetable Bouquets is a two (2) hour class that will
teach you how to construct an arrangement of fruit and vegetables that are edible. The display will have multiple mediums
for consumption and vase made of edible fruit. The Beginners Class is highly recommended before taking this class.
Each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class but should bring an apron, camera and a box
to take their carvings home with them. Class size limited, cost is $42.00 per person.

CARVING THE CANTALOUPE Carving the Cantaloups is a one and one half (1 1/2) hour class.
Each student will have the opportunity to carve two cantaloupes of different designs. This is an excellent beginners'

THE WATERMELON ROSE The beautiful
Rose will be carved from a watermelon in this one and one half (1 1/2) hour class. Two styles will be shown and
carved by the student - one from a baby watermelon and one from a full size watermelon. Students will be shown how to preserve

PIZZA MAKING CLASS Learn to throw pizza dough from the best! In this class,
you’ll learn the techniques behind throwing fresh pizza dough by doing it yourself! Each participant will have three
pizzas to practice with. Once the dough is perfect, you’ll complete your pizza by adding fresh toppings and baking them

CAKE DECORATING 101 Shells, strings, and icing are just the “icing on the cake” in
this 2 hour class of beginning cake decorating. We will begin by trimming the layers of your cake, adding icing and learning
smoothing techniques. From there we will learn a variety of borders, flowers and other details to add interest to your cake.
Bring your aprons and imagination; you will leave this class with a completed cake to take home with you! Class is limited

Just like the Fresh Pasta class, I will show you how fun and easy
making stuffed pasta can be. This is a two and one half (2 ½) hour class that you will be hands
on making your very own Ravioli with a delicious Fall Harvest stuffing, ingredients will be included in the class to “stuff”
your masterpieces with. A complimentary sauce will be shown and available for dressing your Ravioli and
other sauces will be discussed during class. A recipe with flavoring alternatives will be provided to take

Fancy Fruit Platter II is a
