Edible Fruit Bouquets
Edible Fruit and Vegetable Bouquets is a two (2) hour class that will teach you how to construct an arrangement of fruit and vegetables that are edible.  The display will have multiple mediums for consumption and vase made of edible fruit.  The Beginners Class is highly recommended before taking this class.  Each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class but should bring an apron, camera and a box to take their carvings home with them. 
Class size limited, cost is $42.00 per person.

CARVING THE CANTALOUPE
Carving the Cantaloups is a one and one half (1 1/2) hour class. Each student will have the opportunity to carve two cantaloupes of different designs.  This is an excellent beginners' class for all ages 12 and up.  Each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class but should bring an apron, camera and a box to take their carvings home with them.  Tools will be available after the class for purchase.

ROOT VEGETABLE FLOWERS
Root Vegetable Flowers is a one and one half (1 1/2) hour class that teaches you how to make beautiful flowers from regular root vegetables like turnips and radish's.  This is an excellent beginners' class for all ages 12 and up.  Each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class but should bring an apron, camera and a small box to take their carvings home with them.  Tools will be available after the class for purchase.

THE WATERMELON ROSE
The beautiful Rose will be carved from a watermelon in this one and one half (1 1/2) hour class.   Two styles will be shown and carved by the student - one from a baby watermelon and one from a full size watermelon. Students will be shown how to preserve finished roses and transportation techniques will be discussed.  Each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class but should bring an apron, camera and a box to take their carvings home with them.

PIZZA MAKING CLASS
Learn to throw pizza dough from the best! In this class, you’ll learn the techniques behind throwing fresh pizza dough by doing it yourself! Each participant will have three pizzas to practice with. Once the dough is perfect, you’ll complete your pizza by adding fresh toppings and baking them on site! This is a great skill for anyone who loves cooking! All products, supplies & instructions are included.  Just bring an apron!

This beginner's vegetable carving class will show the techniques to produce beautiful but simple garnishes that can be used in many applications.  Students will participate in making elegant butterflies, flying birds and small ground creatures from a variety of vegetables.  This class is scheduled for one and one half (1 1/2) hours but always seems to run over because it's so much fun!  Each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class but should bring an apron, camera and a box to take their carvings home with them.  Tools will be available after the class for purchase.

CAKE DECORATING 101 
Shells, strings, and icing are just the “icing on the cake” in this 2 hour class of beginning cake decorating. We will begin by trimming the layers of your cake, adding icing and learning smoothing techniques. From there we will learn a variety of borders, flowers and other details to add interest to your cake. Bring your aprons and imagination; you will leave this class with a completed cake to take home with you! Class is limited to 8 students, so please register early!
Class fee is $35, which includes cake, icing, box, tools, and instruction – bring your own apron please!

Fresh Made Pasta
If you think that making Fresh Pasta is something you cannot do, let me show you how easy it is.  This is a two and one half (2 1/2) hour class where you will be hands-on making two types of your very own pasta that you will be able to add your choice of ingredient flavors to including fresh herb or vegetable.  Sauces will be discussed and available for you to taste with your pasta during class.  A recipe with flavoring alternatives will be provided to take home but each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class.  Each Student should bring an apron and bring a container if you would like to taste your pasta home with you.

FANCY FRUIT PLATTER  I    

Fancy Fruit Platter is a one and one half (1 ½)  hour class that gets you involved in making a beautiful display of fruit for any special event you are hosting.  Product purchasing, cleaning, cutting and placement will all be discussed with multiple techniques in this fun class.  The finished platter will serve between six (6) and eight (8) persons and you will take it home with you to enjoy.  Each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class but should bring an apron, camera and a box to take their creations home with them.  Tools will be available after the class for purchase.

FRESH MADE STUFFED PASTA   

Just like the Fresh Pasta class, I will show you how fun and easy making stuffed pasta can be.  This is a two and one half (2 ½) hour class that you will be hands on making your very own Ravioli with a delicious Fall Harvest stuffing, ingredients will be included in the class to “stuff” your masterpieces with.  A complimentary sauce will be shown and available for dressing your Ravioli and other sauces will be discussed during class.  A recipe with flavoring alternatives will be provided to take home but each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class.   Each student should bring an apron and a container if you would like to take your pasta home with you.

FANCY FRUIT PLATTER  II    NEW CLASS

Fancy Fruit Platter II is a two (2) hour class that starts you off by making a beautiful fruit platter, it then takes you through decorating your platter with a beautiful pitcher made of fruit that will placed on top of the cut fruit.  Product purchasing, cleaning, cutting and placement will all be discussed with multiple techniques in this fun class.  The finished platter will serve between six (6) and eight (8) persons and you will take it home with you to enjoy.  It is recommended that Fancy Fruit Platter I is taken before this class but not required.  Each student will be supplied with tools and product for the day to use in class but should bring an apron, camera and a box to take their creations home with them.  Tools will be available after the class for purchase.
